Terms and refunds

What you buy

A personalised printable PDF 12-week pack for one child: a cover, a sticker chart, 60 daily maths sheets over 12 weeks and 12 weekly answer keys, made for the grade, level, language, paper size, start date and first name you choose. Price €19, one payment, no subscription.

Seller

Payments, VAT and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The pack is made and supported by ThirteenTabs Ltd (see the legal notice).

Delivery

The PDF is made automatically after payment, usually within two minutes. You can download it from the page you return to after paying and from the link we email you; that download page works for 12 months after purchase. Save a copy: after that period the file is deleted. If the link stops working within that period, write to hello@pencilpace.com and we will send a new one.

Refunds

If the pack is not right for your child, write to hello@pencilpace.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of €19. You do not need to give a reason or return anything. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. If you prefer, we can instead remake the pack at another level at no cost: once per order, within 14 days, using the button on your download page or by writing to us.

Because the PDF is delivered straight away, the statutory right to cancel digital content may end once the download starts. Our 14-day refund is voluntary and applies regardless, in addition to any rights you have by law.

How you may use it

• Print it as often as you like for the child it was made for, at home or in their class.
• Do not resell it, share the file publicly or upload it to other websites.

What it is and is not

Pencilpace is home practice for number and calculation. It does not replace school teaching, assessment or specialist support. Problems and answers are generated and checked by code; if you find an error, tell us and we will fix it and send you a corrected pack.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you are a consumer in another country you keep the protection of its mandatory law.
